  • Full refund for any service not yet activated.
  • If your service has been activated, you can request a refund within 30 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your request.
  • 100% refund on orders canceled within 7 days of the order date.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days.”

Cancellations

Canceling your service is straightforward:

  • No cancellation fee for services not yet activated.
  • A $50 cancellation fee applies if your service has been activated.

Exceptions

Please note that the following orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:

  • Orders that have been used in any way
  • Orders that have been activated.
  • Orders that have already been shipped.

Non Refund and returnables

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable shows and movies

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
